El Concilio / Council For The Spanish Speaking is pleased to present the 2013 Annual Cinco de Mayo Family Festival to be held from 10am - 6pm at the Weber Point Event Center located in Downtown Stockton on Center Street. There is an entrance fee of $5 for adults and children 14 years and older. Kids 13 and under are FREE!
